Similarly, clients are expected to respect the confidentiality of any proprietary information or methodologies shared by Advance Support during a consulting engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Although Advance Support aims to deliver high-quality and reliable consulting services, we do not guarantee specific results. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits. Any liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the relevant services within the past six months.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in any materials, methodologies, or deliverables created by Advance Support during a consulting engagement shall remain the property of Advance Support, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a consulting engagement as per the terms outlined in the specific service agreement. Advance Support reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time without notice.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
